Today was crazy busy. Football clubs, Swimming lessons, Visits from Nana and Granny and Uncle Niiiiiiiick, visits to some particularly cute twin babies I happen to know, and a little bit of Commercial photography for a website.
Walking to Swimming with the boys, we passed this gorgeous field where you can see for miles. The sun was shining, and as I'm slightly obsessed with Sunbursts, this photo ticked my boxes.

I'm a newbie to the whole world of Instagram, but am working hard on developing a serious little Instagram habit for myself. 

It's like a photography notebook for me, and I love the simplicity of it.

Today I happily stumbled across the perfect thing to do with all the random flashes of my life living inside my iphone..

Santa brought the boys a skateboard each this year.

Today we: Visited nana and had another lovely Christmas at her shiny new house/ ate turkey and stuffing sandwiches/ played with our presents/ posed with our presents/ wrote some thank you notes/ painted, doodled and read/ ate selection boxes/ and snuggled up with the kids on the sofa and watching some Christmas T.V.

I feel like the little wheezy penguin left on the top shelf in Toy Story today. What was his name?
Ah yes...Wheezy The Penguin.
That's the fella.
I've gone and got myself a horrible little chest infection, and am feeling all sorts of shabby, so am not at work and am snuggled up in my nest with trash mags and books to keep me busy.
Feeling very lucky to have 3 gorge boys to look after me. The little ones keep bringing me different teddies to love, and tucking me in, The big one is doing everything else.
Love 'em.
Here's hoping that your lungs are behaving themselves nicely today, and that Thursday treats you with the love and respect you deserve.  ; )

I LOVE halloween SO much on this little street we live on.

And nothing expresses that love more than excessive CAPS LOCK usage. 

AND exclamation marks for added emphasis! 

Oh, yeah. I did it. I even threw in an underline....

I'm excited. :)

There's a hundred mini skeletons / witches / mummies / devils / grim reapers / pumpkins and little ghosties running up and down the street, clutching their little buckets heaving with sweeties, and some are so teeny tiny that they struggle to climb the steps to the front door, and reach the bell. 

We, here at chez Reid, whole-heartedly embrace the cute halloween-ness. My two are big fans. 

"This is THE BEST DAY EVER! All YEEAAR!!" 

...."Except maybe...Christmas" says Dylan.

We're all looking very serious in these photos..but that's just because we want to look big and scary.

That, and we didn't want to crack our face paint.

Mama got her zombie on tonight too.
