...Piggies.

A wiggling, jiggling, giggling Boo let me draw on his ticklish little toes today.
Cue a WHOLE LOT of 'Weeee weeeee weee'ing all the way home'. (Twenty times so far...But who's counting??)
...I'm happy to oblige.  :)

....Bookshop.

I went for a wander around Camden today, One of my favourite places to be in the world.
On my travels around the market, happily full after an especially delicious english breakfast, I stumbled across this little gem of a second-hand bookshop.
It looked like it might just have the one book you have been looking for forever.

....Iguana.

How rude. This is not just any old iguana.
Meet Charlie I. He's special.
Almost as special as the people who own him.
Alllllmost. But not quite. :)

....Moss.

As in: A rolling stone gathers no..

I am loving this project. Its making me look at the world in a different way, and even some moss found growing on a wall becomes a photo opportunity.

...Puddle.

Today we headed to the park in the rain, all bundled up in our hats and scarves and coats and wellies, and went on a rainy adventure.
Boo filled his welly boots to the brim with muddy water (!), and Dylan did some preeetty impressive jumping in puddles.
Hot bubble baths for all I think... :)

...Heart.

This person here, playing with sparklers for the purposes of my photographic education, is my Boy.
Or The Beautiful Hairy Man as I insist on calling him on a regular basis.
Or Stu. Or Stupot. Or Reidyboy. Or Sweetcheeks, LovelyFace, Or Sunshine head.
Even, on especially rare occasions....Stuart.
Anyway, He's the BEST. He makes everything better.

...Teethbrushin'!
Up and at 'em early in the House of Reid today. Makes it a lot easier to wake up in the morning when you have cute smiling people like Boo Reid climbing into bed with you chattering and smiling. Here is the wee man concentrating very hard on the task of teeth brushing.

Monday

Something Beginning with D.... [365 Project]

...Duplo!
Today while Boo and Dylan were busy making masterpieces out of Duplo, I decided to get in on the action, take some of these little fellas outside, and have some fun of my own. :)

And so it begins....

The Beautiful Hairy Man recently made me combust with joy, when he bought me...A DSLR. *happy dance happy dance happy dance- little puddle on floor*
I am now having a love affair with my new friend, the nikon D3000. He comes everywhere with me, and I have fallen madly in love with taking photographs, looking at beautiful photographs, geeking out, learning, and trying to capture beautiful images.
I am going to start a 365 project i think. A photo a day for 365 days.
Starting right now. :)
It's quite daunting for a little newbie like me, but I'm hoping to learn a LOT along the way and maybe even become quite good. Anything is possible! And it will be really nice to do something creative every day. I am excited. Oh the possibilities!
Some of my favourites so far:
My beautiful god daughter and her beautiful mummy

Taken through the window of a train on the jubilee line.

I fell in love with this little shop on my travels in Co. Kilkenny

Musicians in Co. Tipperary

Dylan and Boo, My two boys. I love this photo. The pure unadulterated mischief all over their cheeky little faces!

Little  Feet. You will see feet a lot...

Dylan, Off sick :) Trampolining is good for the soul. Fact.

I am the luckiest lady in the world, and that's a fact.

Movie nights with my boys are the BEST.

What Sundays are all about.
